Customer Care Assistant - Sheridan

Join our team as a Customer Care Assistant and contribute to our mission of improving lives by improving sight. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support our CS Team in handling customer calls and order fulfillment in Philippines. If you are computer literate, with good communication skills, customer service oriented, good follow up skills, and with pleasing personality, we invite you to apply and be a part of our dynamic workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handles customers' inquiries, issues and concerns, provide accurate information in a timely and responsive manner to build trust and confidence in Essilor's services and products.
- Anticipates customers' needs and potential problems. Seek out ways to increase client satisfaction.
- To process sales orders (via fax, phone, email etc.) promptly and accurately.
- To manage stock adjustments or returned stock.
- Work closely with sales, production and dispatch department to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
- Preferably 4-year course graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
- Willing to start ASAP
