Customer Relationship Officer

The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and converting prospects into customers through effective phone-based sales techniques. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold-calling lists.
- Present and pitch products/services to potential clients over the phone.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Proven work experience as a telemarketer or in a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
- Strong ability to engage customers, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Bachelor's Degree holder; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
