Customer Service Assistant - Receptionist

Performs receptionist functions including but not limited to:
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Receives calls from clients/suppliers/partners/ and transfer to appropriate department/person.
  • Receive, collate and forward documents to intended recipients in the office.
  • Takes down messages and relay to appropriate department/person.
  • Assists tenants and customers with their queries/concerns.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills and with pleasing personality.
  • With customer service mindset.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to be based in SM City Butuan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,500.00 - Php11,500.00 per month
