As a Customer Service Coordinator . He or She is Responsible for providing scheduled support to the Service Department in accordance with policies and procedures. Core activities handling the after sales service inquiry and complaints.
Responsibilities

• Responds to customer/client service inquiry
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Proactively communicates and meets work deadline
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements * At least Senior High School Graduate

• With or without experience
• Analytic, organized and motivated
• Proficient in MS Applications
• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa Cit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,800.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
