Customer Support Representative (Voice)

We're seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives with exceptional phone communication skills. This role involves handling calls from our existing clients, primarily elderly individuals or their close family members, to schedule caregivers for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage client schedules through phone calls.
- Redirect calls to appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette.
- High level of confidence and professionalism in handling phone calls.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
