1. Monitors sea freight operations and ensures that procedures are consistently followed by all sea freight staff.
2. Ensures that all incoming non-KWE shipments have pre-alerts and communicates with Sales/Clients for lacking documents.
3. Checks pre-alerts by e-mail from time to time.
4. Ensures that consignee and / or authorized broker are notified of the incoming shipments on time.
5. Ensures that documents are endorsed on time or as required by consignee.
6. Ensures that documents for customs clearance are endorsed to KWE brokers on time.
7. Ensures that all shipments before endorsement to broker were checked for any permits or clearances needed prior importation.
8. Prepares the schedule of releasing for various shipments accounts under PEZA: Cavite, Laguna, Clark, Subic, Manila, and Baguio and sends to KWE broker, RTD, KWE Branches and CS/Sales.
9. Monitors the status of various shipments accounts under PEZA: Cavite, Laguna, Clark, Subic, Manila and Baguio and provides update to KWE broker, RTD, KWE Branches and CS/Sales.
10. Checks vessel berthing and container discharge in ATI and ICTSI.
11. Coordinates with KWE broker, RTD, KWE Branches and CS/Sales for the status and confirmation of shipments cleared from BOC.
12. Coordinates with RTD for the truck and tabs booking and delivery instructions.
13. Modifies the status of confirmed shipments in I-log, to change the status from tentative to confirmed.
14. Sends confirmation of charges from KWE broker (KACP) to KWE Branches, CS Sales and Billing Team.
15. Sends shipments for early release to RTD.
16. Sends final update and delivery instruction to KWE broker (KACP), KWE Branches, CS Sales and RTD.
17. Ensures that shipments with bad order conditions have report and has filed PNC with concerned consolidator/shipping lines.
18. Monitors and sends updates for special client: TI PHILS (Clark and Baguio Accounts). Prepares LOA/IP monitoring report and Statistics reports.
19. Sends various sea shipments released daily.
20. Monitors and sends summary report for Sumitomo Accounts.
21. Monitors and sends summary report for Eaton LISP Accounts.
22. Monitors and updates ocean shipment monitoring for TIPI & TICL for shipments with delay.
23. Ensures that all sea freight documents are properly filed.
24. Ensures that POD required by clients and or origin station are sent on time.
25. Monitor’s and coordinates unclaimed shipments from port by c/o other broker.
26. Updating various shipping line and forwarders destination charges.
27. Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
