Responsibilities:

• Ensure all cargo is manifested correctly and accurately according to company standards
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customers, and other stakeholders regarding manifest discrepancies
• Verify and update shipment information in the computer system
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate shipment of cargo
• Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for international shipments, including bills of lading and customs forms
• Assist in resolving issues related to shipment delays and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws regarding cargo shipments
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
• Available to start immediately
