- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Empathy: Understanding the customer's concerns and empathizing with their situation is crucial for creating a positive experience for the customer.
- Attention to detail: Able to pay close attention to details and follow up on any issues that have been reported.
- Excellent communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers through various channels, such as email and live chat.
- Willing to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Full time position with an on-site work set up.
- Amenable to work in Makati or BGC
- Willing to work 6 days a week/ shifting schedule
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- English (Preferred)
