Position: Data Entry Specialist
Work hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm London time
Compensation range: US$1,000-US$1,250/month

Our client is a leading e Commerce company in the UK in the health and wellness space.
About the role
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in handling data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy repetitive tasks without losing focus. Responsibilities include entering, updating, and maintaining data in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain data into various databases.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Organize and maintain data files to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Follow company policies and procedures related to data handling and confidentiality.
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the data entered.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

3+ years of data entry experience
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to stay motivated with repetitive tasks without losing accurac
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
