Position: Data Entry Specialist
Work hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm London time
Compensation range: US$1,000-US$1,250/month

Our client is a leading e Commerce company in the UK in the health and wellness space.
About the role
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in handling data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy repetitive tasks without losing focus. Responsibilities include entering, updating, and maintaining data in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into various databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Organize and maintain data files to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.

Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to data handling and confidentiality.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the data entered.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
