Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates
Position: Senior Recruiter
Work hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm PH time
Compensation range: AUD 1,300/month plus UNCAPPED commissions

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hungry to deliver top-tier candidates to our clients.

About the role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting the job description to the offer stage. We have a robust process to ensure all candidates endorsed to the clients are of extremely high calibre so expertise in matching the right people to our clients is crucial.

Responsibilities:

Creating catchy job descriptions and posting them on our ATS, job boards, and work-from-home groups on different platforms
Constant active sourcing to find high-caliber candidates
Screening candidates to ensure expertise, experience, and skills for the required role
Checking assessment results and move them forward to the initial interview stage
Conducting initial/screening interviews to better understand the candidate's level of experience for the role
Booking interview calls
Conducting a client interview prep to ensure the shortlisted candidates are fully knowledgeable about the client and their responsibilities
Conducting reference calls before hiring
Negotiating salary ranges as needed
Sending the offer letter to chosen candidates
Conducting post-hiring check-in calls
Cleaning up the job’s pipeline in the ATS

Requirements:

Proven experience in the end-to-end recruitment process – at least 5 years of experience as a recruiter
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
Receptive to feedback and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Expert in sourcing the best candidates
Experience working for a headhunting firm is preferred
Hungry to deliver excellence
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Excellent communication skills
