Position: Senior Recruiter
Work hours: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm PH time
Compensation range: AUD 1,300/month plus UNCAPPED commissions

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hungry to deliver top-tier candidates to our clients.
About the role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting the job description to the offer stage. We have a robust process to ensure all candidates endorsed to the clients are of extremely high calibre so expertise in matching the right people to our clients is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Creating catchy job descriptions and posting them on our ATS, job boards, and work-from-home groups on different platforms
- Constant active sourcing to find high-caliber candidates
- Screening candidates to ensure expertise, experience, and skills for the required role
- Checking assessment results and move them forward to the initial interview stage
- Conducting initial/screening interviews to better understand the candidate's level of experience for the role
- Booking interview calls
- Conducting a client interview prep to ensure the shortlisted candidates are fully knowledgeable about the client and their responsibilities
- Conducting reference calls before hiring
- Negotiating salary ranges as needed
- Sending the offer letter to chosen candidates
- Conducting post-hiring check-in calls
- Cleaning up the job’s pipeline in the ATS
- Proven experience in the end-to-end recruitment process – at least 5 years of experience as a recruiter
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Receptive to feedback and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Expert in sourcing the best candidates
- Experience working for a headhunting firm is preferred
- Hungry to deliver excellence
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
