• 0-3 years of Dev Ops experience
• Understanding of Windows Server operating system and SQL database.
• Understands IT, Development, and Dev Ops concepts and can utilize fundamental tools and documentation to complete basic Dev Ops tasks.
• Experience with Jira (Change Controls, Wiki, etc.).

• Experience with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH).
• Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, Lambda.
• Experience supporting Service Now and Salesforce.
• Scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python, or Power Shell experience.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) concepts and practices.
• Experience with networking concepts, security principles, and best practices for cloud-based architectures.
• Experience communicating and collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.
