Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in multichannel marketing, email marketing, and B2B lead generation for the USA market. The candidate should have experience working remotely, knowledge of the events industry, and availability to work during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the USA B2B sector, specifically within the events industry.
  • Generate qualified leads through email marketing and multichannel campaigns.
  • Curate creative content for digital platforms (social media, websites), driving engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visual branding and optimize email marketing efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to refine strategies.
Goals for the First 6 Months:
  • Month 1: Onboard, familiarize with brand and tools, and research USA B2B trends and competitors.
  • Month 2: Launch the first multichannel lead generation campaign, create a content calendar, and manage email campaigns.
  • Month 3: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimize email marketing.
  • Month 4-6: Achieve 15% growth in lead generation, enhance content creation, and launch long-term nurturing campaigns for B2B leads.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in multichannel marketing, with a focus on email marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the USA market(required), and within the events industry(preferred).
  • Proven ability to work remotely and available to work during EST hours.
  • Strong creative skills with experience in content curation and visual branding.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 per month
