Accountant (Permanent Remote Work)

Key responsibilities:
· Finance Department Setup: Develop and implement finance systems and processes, managing all initial setup and past data integration.
· Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
· Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accurately recording all financial transactions.
· Budgeting And Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting with thorough analysis.
· Audit And Compliance: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance.
· Expense Management: Monitor company expenses to adhere to budget constraints.
· Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, providing financial insights as needed.
· Software Utilization: Use accounting software and tools to manage and streamline financial processes.
Minimum Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 7 years in accounting, preferably within the logistics sector.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Time Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Professional Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
· Sector Experience: Experience specifically within the logistics sector.
· Advanced Software Skills: Proficiency in advanced accounting software.
· Multilingual Skills: Knowledge of additional languages relevant to business operations.

Pay: Up to Php38,000.00 per month
