About this role…
The Digital Marketing and IT Support Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Operations. This hybrid role requires expertise in both marketing and IT support functions, ensuring our online presence is optimized and our technological infrastructure is robust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website coding, SEO, app maintenance, and be proficient in Python. Additionally, experience with Dynamics 365 and familiarity with Microsoft and general IT support tasks are essential.

• Develop, implement, and manage website SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Design, code, and maintain the company app or website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Analyse website, app and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Working closely with the internal stakeholders, assist with the communications contribution to marketing and partnership events.
• Provide technical support for end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update company app with a focus on Python-based systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth operations and integration with other systems.
• Draft weekly planning covering all essential responsibilities for the week
• Assist the wider team with ad hoc duties

Qualifications:
Must have - Technical skills

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in IT and Digital Marketing space.
• Experience in Python for web development, data analysis, API integration, and backend logic.
• Creating automated bot scripts and Open AI/Chat GPT-based solutions with Python.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365.
• Experience with customizations and configurations using plugins, code activities, Power Automate and web resources.
• Knowledge of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience in website coding, particularly with HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Python.
• Design, coding, and maintenance of company apps or websites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of IT support principles, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

About you…

• The qualification in marketing, communications, IT support, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with app development and maintenance.
• A positive and vibrant personality with a creative and collaborative mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Some knowledge or a demonstrated interest in property, finance and investment which forms a major part of our work.
