We’re looking for a skilled Community Manager with experience in both community engagement and marketing, specifically someone who understands the importance of building authority and visibility through strategic partnerships, social listening, and content curation. You will play a key role in securing backlinks and increasing brand visibility through guest blogging, influencer partnerships, and trend-focused social contents.
Responsibilities:

• Influencer Outreach: Conduct daily outreach to relevant influencers to build relationships and secure brand partnerships. Aim to secure at least one successful partnership weekly.
• Guest Blogging: Initiate and manage daily outreach to guest blogging platforms to secure one-two placement per week. Customize pitches and track response rates.
• Social Listening: Monitor social media channels and Reddit conversations, both in English and Tagalog, to engage with the community and identify new content ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Content Ideas: Suggest blog and social post ideas based on trending topics and community interests. Collaborate with the team to suggest ideas for creating videos and posts.
• Collaborative Strategy: Proactively offer suggestions and collaborate on refining outreach tactics to improve influencer and guest blogging outcomes.
• Reporting: Track outreach progress, engagement levels, and conversion metrics, providing weekly and monthly reports to assess and refine strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, guest blog outreach, or content marketing. (minimum 1 year)
• Strong written communication skills, with fluency in both English and Tagalog.
• Ability to perform effective social listening and identify trending topics within online communities.
• Experience managing outreach campaigns and building relationships with influencers and content creators.

Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 1pm - 10pm (Philippine Time)

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
