We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Claims Representative. In this role, you will be helping our claims team in reviewing, verifying, and processing insurance claims for patients, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and claims are submitted efficiently.
Responsibilities:

• Review and verify insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Verify patient insurance coverage details to determine eligibility for services and procedures.
• Accurately input claim information into electronic health record (EHR) systems and claims processing platforms.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims, including coding errors or incomplete documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to obtain necessary information and documentation for claims submission.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in insurance claims processing, verification, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Basic understanding of health insurance, medical billing, CPT and ICD-10 coding, or health information management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and EHR systems like e Clinical Works.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external insurance providers.

Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 9pm-6am (Philippine Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32,000.00 per month
