To provide secretarial/administrative requirements to the office of Vice President and other Promotions Department as required by Vice President.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receives and places telephone calls for the Vice President for Operations;
* Arranges the Vice President’s meetings, schedules & appointments and logs them in the calendar as a reminder and gathers important documents/agenda from relevant Promo Department to support VP in meetings and appointments;
* Checks incoming and outgoing communications for internal and external clients;
* Attends to general inquiries and referees to appropriate departments;
* Encodes and finalizes correspondences and memos and sends these documents in timely manner via courier, messengerial or fax;
* Prepares memoranda, letters and other correspondences on direction for signature of the Vice President;
* Receives and records all incoming correspondence and routes the same to appropriate departments;
* Disseminates VP’s instructions to Operations Departments re directions and priorities of the office of the Vice President;
* Maintains an effective and efficient records and filing system;
* Prepares the Minutes of Managers/Division Meeting;
* Monitors specific assignment particularly compliance to deadline set for submission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
