Document Controller/TSD Admin Assistant
San Pablo

- Graduate of any 4 year BS course (preferably BS Food technology, BS Biology or any equivalent)
- Preferably with 1 year (or more) working experience in document control and administrative work
- With good documentation & communication skills.
- Must be familiar with GMP
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, updated and in compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure strict implementation of GMP Guidelines
- Ensures all records/documents are controlled with appropriate tag and retention period is being followed.
- Manage the document review and approval process, including processing document change request, amendments and updates.
- Issuance of controlled tags for all records of the plant
- Managing and distributing information among employees
- Manage and organize calendar/schedule of activities for TSD.
- Attend TSD related meetings and take detailed minutes.
