Urgent Hiring :
Document Controller :
*Document controller is to manage all matters to ensure smooth flow of documents (whether electronic or hard copies), coming in or going out of the office.
*The document controller also kept the proper logs of all documents on-site and prepare the log file of each document/s whether incoming or outgoing from all internal departments of our site operation.
*Documents include internal and external correspondences, drawings, RFI's and RFA's. Preparing logs of these documents updated and be part of the regular periodic report submitted by PPI Site Office to PPI Main office.
Qualification:
*Bachelors Degree Graduate
*with experience in construction
*to be assigned at Makati
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • construction: 2 years (Preferred)
