Seeking an E-Commerce Associate!

Varganation, a dynamic and rapidly growing importing, brand development and e-commerce retail company, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced E-Commerce Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity in the thriving e-commerce industry, perfect for someone passionate about online business management.
Our company exclusively manages and distributes coffee & beverage brands from Italy and Thailand, and health and wellness brands from Thailand.
Your Role:
As an E-Commerce Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online presence across top e-commerce platforms in the Philippines.
Note: The role is based in Pasig (Full time on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Store Management:
- Create and optimize product listings in Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop, and Shopify.
- Implement pricing discounts and join campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with e-commerce platform VKAMS to launch campaigns and other initiatives.
- Utilize conversion tools to enhance store performance.
2. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all platforms using a third party software
- Coordinate with the order fulfillment team to manage stock efficiently.
3. Business Analysis:
- Analyze sales and promotional data, providing actionable recommendations.
- Do competitor research
4. Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new products for expansion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Excellent decision-making and communication abilities
- Fast learner, especially with e-commerce and inventory platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
