QUALIFICATIONS:

• With Vocational Technical Course – Electro – Mechanical (NCII/NCIII) or Two-year Electrical, Technical, or related degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Electromechanical Technician, with experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly address production equipment failures.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Basic welding and metalworking skills.
• Proficiency in using various testing instruments and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• High responsibility and attention to detail, capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and knowledge.
• Can speak English Language.
• Can Drive forklift.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Installation and Commissioning: Handle the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure rates and extend equipment lifespan.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production department, addressing and resolving technical issues encountered during daily operations.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities, and regularly report to supervisors.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow company and industry safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
