Our products in fiberfill are padding and openfiber it's used for sofa, garments filler, padding stuffed toy and filter. Products in manufacturing bedding are pillow, comforter, topper, futon mattress and protector, Our brands are sold in SM department stores and other channels. most of our clients are bedding manufacturer, furniture manufacturer, hospital, hotel and resort etc..

QUALIFICATIONS:
- With Vocational Technical Course – Electro – Mechanical (NCII/NCIII) or Two-year Electrical, Technical, or related degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Electromechanical Technician, with experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Knowledgeable in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly address production equipment failures.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Basic welding and metalworking skills.
- Proficiency in using various testing instruments and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- High responsibility and attention to detail, capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and knowledge.
- Can speak English Language.
- Can Drive forklift.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Installation and Commissioning: Handle the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure rates and extend equipment lifespan.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production department, addressing and resolving technical issues encountered during daily operations.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities, and regularly report to supervisors.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow company and industry safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
