Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement electromechanical systems for various industrial applications, including power generation equipment.
• Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and product designs.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, manuals, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct field visits to client sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the electromechanical field, preferably in power generation or industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for design and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to travel to different project sites within the Davao region and across the Philippines.
• Can speak English.
