Job description

• Responsible for the engine maintenance and service technical support independently, and make sure the engine turns into normal working condition;
• Responsible for dealing with customer service claims, and conducting product troubleshooting and repair work to maintain high customer satisfaction;
• Carry out the fault position and perform failure analysis on major or batch failures, and report improvement proposals to the branch office;
• Responsible for implementing the training plan developed by the branch office;
• Assist the branch office to visit local customers and learn about their operation habits and work condition, answer questions about WEICHAI engine, and explain operation and maintenance instructions to the customers;
• Carry out the generator set project in the different sites.

Skills & Requirements:

• Broad electrical repair and maintenance capability - Apprentice Certified Genset Electrician (Preferred),
• Have a good knowledge of understanding of diesel or natural gas engine; panels, wirings, Master skill and knowledge of engine theory, structure, failure analysis and repairing;
• Proficient skill and knowledge of Generator Set
• Knows how to read and interpret engine catalog and maintenance manual;
• Able to use engine diagnostic tools;
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must have excellent ENGLISH skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Travel Required: Up to 85% of the time.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Major in Mechanical Engineer/ Engine Technician with Electrical Experience, are welcome to apply.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience required (Engine troubleshooting and fault diagnosis experience/On-site maintenance experience / Knowledge in Wiring / Knowledge in Genset).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
