  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English skills and strong client-facing communication ability
  • Amenable to working in rotating shifts
  • A passionate and proactive attitude toward team, company & customer
  • Proven skills in daily time management to deliver outstanding customer service improvements and initiatives
  • Advanced Level in other MS Office applications
  • Ensures achievement of set Quality and Customer Satisfaction scores for all processed cases
  • Keen into details and has excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willing to render overtime and work on Saturday and or Holidays
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila or can report On-site

Pay: Up to Php22,000.00 per month
