Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of experience in a voice international account.
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to think critically and adapt solutions to meet specific customer needs.
• Comfort with using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Applications) and willingness to learn new software and tools.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
