What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Implements end-to-end process of the employee discipline in compliance with the code of conduct.
• Conducts investigation on reported incidents of misdemeanor, integrity issues, absences, lates, and non-performance of duties.
• Facilitates investigations of cases through the issuance of memos and conduction of administrative hearings.
• Attends meetings with but not limited to DOLE and NLRC Officers concerning complaints against the company.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Completion of a four-year college education in Political Science, Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or other courses similar in nature.
• Required to have at least one year experience in the field.
• Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
