Engagement and Recruitment Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Engagement and Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts, particularly for chatter and admin roles. This remote role will focus on sourcing top talent from regions including Eastern Europe, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and African countries. In addition to recruitment and engagement activities, you'll support HR Generalist with administrative tasks, contributing to smooth HR operations and employee support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Lead recruitment for chatter roles and admin positions, focusing on mass hiring.
- Source candidates from targeted regions (Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa).
- Assess candidates' English proficiency to ensure they meet role requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and offers.
- Plan and execute light engagement activities that align with our company culture.
- Foster team morale through initiatives that positively impact employee satisfaction.
- Collect feedback on engagement activities and suggest improvements to the HR team.
- Assist the HR Generalist with administrative HR tasks, including document management and scheduling.
- Help organize internal meetings, employee-focused events, and training sessions.
- Maintain records and assist in tracking recruitment and engagement metrics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or a fast-paced hiring environment.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates from diverse regions such as Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
- Strong English language skills and the ability to assess candidates' proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and implement light employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Previous experience in HR coordination or similar roles is a plus.
Compensation: $6-7 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php349.58 - Php407.84 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
