Engineering Supervisor (HVAC)

The Engineering Supervisor oversees all machinery repairs and maintenance, expertise in split-type air conditioning systems and HVAC is an advantage. Key responsibilities include leading projects, training and supervising engineering staff, managing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with other departments. The role also involves handling major equipment repairs, process planning, feasibility studies, and ensuring efficient start-up of engineering equipment. Strong relationships with internal teams and external customers are essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, including assigning tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventive maintenance measures
- Train and mentor A/C Technicians, providing guidance on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and repair procedures
- Supervise the installation and initial start-up of engineering equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external clients regarding equipment concerns
- With 2-3 years relevant experience preferably
- Expertise in managing machinery repairs and maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management skills to train and supervise engineering staff
- Proficiency in handling major mechanical system repairs and preventative maintenance programs
- Knowledge in split-type air conditioning systems and HVAC is an advantage
- Experience in Facilities Management is an advantage
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
