The Executive Assistant is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about the Office of the Company President.
Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but experience is a plus
- at least 1 - 2 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge in Google, Google Apps Like Maps, Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Etc.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other programs in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent IT Skills: Specifically in using phones, computers/laptops, printers, and other office machines.
- Smart, confident, excellent communicator, and strategic thinker
- Can manage and maintain executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Handles confidential and sensitive information of the Company with tact discretion and professional judgement
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can work on extended hours if needed;RESPONSIBILITIES:
-answering phones,
-screening visitors,
-making travel arrangements,
-preparing reports,
-filing and organizing documents,
-recording meeting minutes,
-performing basic bookkeeping tasks,
-keep Pres organized, informed, and prepared for anything that comes their way.
-managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
