Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in implementing specific policies and programs directly related to training and other developmental needs of the staff
• Assist the manager in monitoring the progress of learning and training research and design and recommends necessary adjustments
• Actively involves in recruitment (prepares job descriptions, posting ads and manage the hiring process)
• Facilitates training and development activities for employees career and performance development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, BSBA-HRDM or any relevant courses
• At least with 2years experience in training
• With positive, proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
• With excellent communication skills (oral and written)
