JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Expansion Officer to join our team. As an Expansion Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach.
Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth of offline footprint by taking an end-to-end responsibility from finding a new location to opening a new store.
• Identify and suggest suitably store locations based on defined criteria.
• Negotiate the best possible rental terms. Decline unacceptable offers
• Arrange all legal authorization procedures related to opening and operation of the stores (business permits, licenses, etc.)
• Arrange good quality construction works
• Experienced in site selection in RETAIL, FOOD, PHARMACY, BANK, GAS STATION industry is an advantage
• Willingness to do field work
• Performance bonus based on store openings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
