Job Summary
We are looking for Facade Drafters from Levels 1-3 to be part of FT Drafting Corporation. The Drafter will work together with the Design team handling preliminary designs and other related responsibilities that will lead to the team's success in pursuing the company's goal of excellent service to its clients.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes drafting based on preliminary designs issued by the Designer and issued scoping
• Follows company procedures in document filling and submission process
• Reports to and meet deadlines set by the Design Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Degree in BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Facade works.
• Experience with curtain walling and/or glazing is required.
• Experience with Bluebeam Software and Auto CAD.
• Accurate drawing and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented, have a deadline-driven mindset, and goal-directed.
• Ability to handle all types of projects.
• Willingness to contribute above daily tasks to help the company in meeting tight deadlines.

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (Onsite)

• You will be working onsite.
• Your equipment will be provided by the company.
• Alabang, Muntinlupa
