Facade Design Team Leader

The Design Team Leader is the person who leads a group of individuals in a Design Department. The Design Team Leader will manage and prepare the detailed engineering drawings for scope of work in proper for further use by production and installation required by Seapac Philippines Inc.
Reports to Design Manager
Duties and Tasks
General
- To set up curtain walling, doors and windows constructions related to the project, in accordance with architectural concept drawings, contract / specification and bill of quantity.
- Make sure structural checks done for all necessary components. (Glass, Aluminium Mullions, Transoms, Brackets etc).
- To ensure that the approvals of drawings and sample materials obtained as specified/approved within the time scale of the programme.
- Leadership and Manage the team members in a professional level, allocation of work to team members, necessary guide lines to them in drafting, and maintaining the quality.
- Issuing the approved drawings/information to related areas, in time, as per programme.
- Attend design meetings, team meetings and co-ordination meeting, and as well as prepare notes for records and pass information to the team.
- Take necessary measures / implement correctives steps as per quality department requirements.
- Maintain discipline with the team, and find ways to improve the quality productivity and performance of his team.
- Leading small group of three to four draftsmen, and motivating them to achieve objectives of the company.
- Ensure all deliverables including workshop drawings and fabrication drawings are delivered to your customer on time.
- Ensure all drawings produced are in accordance with the information provided and have been checked by team members.
- Ensure all drawings produced comply with the applicable standards.
- Drawings must be checked before issuing to Project Management Team.
- Assist your team to meet all of the above objectives.
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
