About the role
Join the growing team at Business Trends Philippines as a Facilities Admin Assistant, supporting the Marketing division based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will utilise your excellent administrative skills and experience with SAP to provide vital support to the team.
What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and facilities support to the Marketing team
  • Managing the day-to-day administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and document management
  • Assisting with facilities management tasks such as coordinating office supplies, equipment maintenance, and space planning
  • Leveraging your expertise in SAP to help streamline administrative processes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the smooth running of the Marketing department
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and a strong administrative support system
What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or admin officer role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and other office productivity software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues at all levels
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
