Procurement/Finance Admin Assistant with SAP knowledge(Mckinley Taguig)

- Providing comprehensive administrative and facilities support to the Marketing team
- Managing the day-to-day administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and document management
- Assisting with facilities management tasks such as coordinating office supplies, equipment maintenance, and space planning
- Leveraging your expertise in SAP to help streamline administrative processes
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the smooth running of the Marketing department
- Contributing to a positive team environment and a strong administrative support system
- 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and other office productivity software
- Purchase Order creation, Validate received billing invoice and raised POs,
- Administrative support to the General Manager Philippines and EXPAT
- Booking, monitoring and checking DHL shipment
- Flight booking and process billing
- Can work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability
- Can work independently
- Having excellent typing skills and date entry– speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in SAP, Ariva, Advanced Excel and MS Office
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Positive attitude, can work cross-functionally
- Ability to communicate clearly across different levels in the organization
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
