• Operate facility equipment and provides the utility & infrastructure needed to operate the plant.
• Conduct equipment maintenance set up based on schedule and check improvement plan based on existing equipment/system day to day set-up
• Check equipment improvement project based on existing set up to sustain the continous equipment utility requirement to end process
• Attend and participate on every training based on annual training plan.
• Apply and/or make improvement based on trainings that can contribute to operation process.
• Performs operations and maintenance facility equipment such as HVAC, compressor, wastewater and chiller,
• Supports Facility Engineer on evaluations,
• Promotes and observes safety practices.

• Minimum Qualifications: At least graduate of any Vocational course
  
• Must have a minimum of two years or more than years of experience in a manufacturing company, with additional preference given to those who have experience in the semiconductor industry.
  
• Able to perform well under work-related pressure,
  
• Good in logical, analytical and communication skills, and a Team player.
  
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial equipment, specifically chiller and compressor units.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintenance HVAC systems.
  
• Skills in electrical troubleshooting, particularly in motor control and auto control systems.
  
• Competency in computer applications, including Excel and Power Point.
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an advantage for those who can perform root cause analysis.
