• At least graduate of any Vocational course
• With at least 1-2 years of experience related to Facility Operation,
• Able to perform well under work-related pressure,
• Good in logical, analytical and communication skills,
• Team player.
• Operate facility equipment and provides the utility & infrastructure needed to operate the plant.
• Conduct equipment maintenance set up based on schedule and check improvement plan based on existing equipment/system day to day set-up,
• Check equipment improvement project based on existing set up to sustain the continuous equipment utility requirement to end process
• Attend and participate on every training based on annual training plan. Apply and/or make improvement based on trainings that can contribute to operation process.
• Participate, attend or conduct company related activities as may required by Department Policy.
