· To liaise with client and securing import and export documents.
· To liaise with BOC, PEZA, and other agencies for smooth processing and releasing of cargoes.
· To ensure all inbound and outbound cargoes are monitored and completely documented/complying with the port/zone regulations.
· Process and release import and export shipment at economic zone.
· Coordinate status of import/export shipment with the assigned trucker and Pasay Office.
· Monitor and coordinate import and export daily schedule with client and TCL.
· To prepare daily container inventory report and send to Client and TCL.
· Dispatch import and export trucks then coordinate status with client, TCL, and truckers.
· Check total cargo delivery, container number against import document and double checks total cargo laden to container/truck against export document.
· Report any cargo discrepancies or defects upon arrival in zone delivery and secure related document including pictures of damage item, cargo, or containers.
· Monitor daily export booking requirement, status of container yard/parking area and to attend all concerns of the client.
· To monitor daily hustling movement, prepare hustling report, export monitoring report and summary of incurred charges such as bobtail, waiting, detention, etc.
· Conduct container inspection to determine defects prior to positioning of container at the loading/unloading bay of the factory.
· Recommend and ensure good container condition of import container for Re-use and coordinate with Manila office for proper documentation.
· Ensure compliance on requirements such as Pre Advise, TABS, approved RE-USE prior dispatch of shipment.
· Report any challenges, delays, other concerns and problems encountered.
· To provide other logistics support to client.
· Must be residing at Lipa City and has motorcycle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
