GENERAL ADMIN
1. Monitors and renews company issued-mobile or gasoline plans.
2. Monitors and facilitates renewal of vehicle registrations and insurances.
3. Monitors and facilitates renewal of company insurances.
4. Monitors and assists satellite offices with all admin-related support.
5. Assists in planning, organizing and during company meetings and activities.
6. Reviews and approves cash advance and liquidations.
7. Over-all-in-charge of records/files of General Admin. Section.
Supports ISO/TIMS initiatives to impact business and operations.
PURCHASING
1. Monitors and conduct monthly inventory of office supplies and ensures availability. Supervises purchasing and acquisition of office supplies and equipment.
2. Performs selection, accreditation and evaluation of Admin. suppliers to ensure maintained quality.
3. Perform audits vendors/suppliers as necessary.
MAINTENANCE
1. Monitors and ensures regular maintenance and repair of company vehicle, furniture and equipment.
2. Assist satellite office with maintenance or claim issue.
3. Coordinates with heads of satellite office to provide above stated support.
4. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
