Finance and admin Assistant's main responsibility is to finance the overall cash handling and expense monitoring, purchasing of supplies, keep receipts and maintain proper cash balance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handles the processing of Payment Request to be forwarded to Finance & Accounting Department.
• Provides general administrative and clerical support including email, scan and copying to management, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system, opening, sorting and distribution of incoming correspondences, performing data entry.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a bachelor’s degree graduate of Office Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in the Administrative field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• People oriented and results driven.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
