• In charge of Internal Bookkeeping in collaboration with an external accountant.
• Make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances. Responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
• Preparation of RCP's (Request for check preparation) after purchase orders are approved.
• Consolidates receipts and monitors accounts payable.
• Consolidates, Prepares & Reviews all the financial data such as RCP (Request for check preparation), CV (Check vouchers), PO (Purchase orders, and other forms related to financial matters.
• Preparation of monthly salaries, 13th month and government benefits in collaboration with the external accountant.
• Monitors internal (Ravacon) and external (Client Projects) accounts.
• Ensures all files are backed up in the cloud in case of emergency.
• Ensures proper documentation and safekeeping of files in the office.
• Ensure all office and site bills are paid on time.
• Present monthly expenses and cash flow in Man Com meetings.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be incorporated as necessary or as the situation requires.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
