In this role, you will oversee the team responsible for recording, analyzing, and interpreting operational outcomes, translating them into financial insights to guide management decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Additionally, you will lead the organization’s accounting function, which includes five key areas:
1. Accounts Payable
2. Credit and Collection
3. General Accounting
4. Special Project Accounting, and
5. Relief Fund Accounting.
Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPA license.
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach, and excelling in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Possesses keen industry awareness, able to track trends, analyze competitor activities, and actively gather feedback from key stakeholders.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
