Job Description

• Responsible for budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compliance to the Philippines tax requirements, developing and implementing effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability without compromising compliance, and ensuring completeness of documentation of relevant supports and proof of tax compliance.
• Manage other tasks that may be assigned from time to time and your performance will also be evaluated on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance and other related course
• CPA License is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in General accounting and Managerial role
• Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel
• Excellent in accounting process and compliance.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Wiling to work in CONGRESSIONAL, QUEZON CITY

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM
