*FINANCE OFFICER*

• Bachelor's degree or accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA is a plus but not required.
• Preferably with 3-4 years of experience as an Finance/accounting .
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and with advanced skills with MS Office especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
• Recording the necessary financial transactions on Quick books accounting system
• Updating of the loose-leaf books of accounts for BIR annual submission
• Reconciliation of all accounts in Quick Books including bank reconciliations
• Tax compliance - Compute, prepare reports, file, and initiate payment of all the necessary tax returns required as per BIR Registration
• Preparation of annual unaudited financial statements
• Prepare the schedules necessary for the annual audit
• Liaising with the Auditor in preparation of the annual Audited Financial Statement
• Review the audited financial statements
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
• Can accept short-term business trip in the Philippines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
