FIXED TERM (2 YEARS) - DEMAND PLANNING SPECIALIST (MAKATI)

Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products, which also includes the full ownership of the total forecast. This includes generating and maintaining the baseline and promotion uplift volume, as well as challenging all other building blocks from the cross functional team. Ensure the alignment and coherent communication of this Demand Plan with internal partners through the Monthly Business Planning process. Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.

Key Outputs:

Collect information and assumptions about events, activities in relation to promotions, product launches, category insight, customer/distribution changes that form important part of demand plan

Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage portfolio lifecycle, such as new product launches, packaging changes, phase-in/phase-out, and product discontinuation. Ensure that demand is appropriately forecasted and maintained in all circumstances

Generate and maintain reliable forecasts, which consider insights from all available data and teams, making full use of forecasting tools available in the market.
Combining incrementals, impactors, Demand Planner finalizes the total volume forecast.
Support this will regular analysis of Demand Planning related KPIs and a maintenance of a consistent learning log.

Proactively engage with cross functional teams to drive effective Monthly Business Planning process to reach consensus demand plan, as a primary input to the Dynamic Forecast.

Collaborate with peer Planners to share best practices, liaise with Business Excellence and Sales Management to drive continuous improvement and improve ways of working and efficiency.

Ensure healthchecks are reviewed and exceptions kept to a minimum. Demand Plan to be maintained for full 20 month horizon at all times.

Support supply planners in reviews of COF, stock cover and stock policies, by providing the necessary analysis of demand plan accuracy as an input, and actively driving improvements to support optimization
