  • Greet visitors, answer questions, provide information, forms and other materials needed. Alerts staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
  • Serve as the face of the company, offering efficient service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
  • Answer and manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system. Make calls as requested.
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize & log them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office portal system. Manages outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
  • Handle filing, data entry & assist in other tasks as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE: None required but at least 6 months in customer service is a plus. Willing to be trained.
SKILLS: Good attention to details & customer service. Can speak in English.
EDUCATION: College Graduate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14,190.00 - Php16,770.00 per month

  • We also have a branch in BGC , Taguig City along 7th Avenue in front of the Globe Tower. Are you willing to be assigned or to report in any of our branches, either in Legaspi Village, Makati , or Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, from time to time?
