The client is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level Front-End Website Developer with a strong focus on Word Press to join their growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean, efficient code and be experienced in building responsive, user-friendly websites. You will work closely with the design, back-end, and content teams to bring websites to life for a variety of clients across multiple industries.
As a key member of the development team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Word Press websites, ensuring they are visually stunning, functionally robust, and optimized for performance. The Ideal Candidate
The client is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented mid-level Front-End Website Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building, optimizing, and troubleshooting websites.
Performance Objectives

• Develop and maintain custom Word Press websites from scratch, utilizing themes, plugins, and custom code.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and customize Word Press themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and Java Script code that aligns with best practices.
• Maintain and update existing Word Press websites, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and trends, implementing improvements where relevant.
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within project scope.
• Optimize websites for SEO and accessibility standards.
• Perform quality assurance testing and make iterative improvements based on feedback.

Capabilities and Key Competencies

• 3-5 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on Word Press.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with PHP as it relates to Word Press development.
• Familiarity with Word Press theme development, customization, and plugin integration.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
• Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging tools.
• Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch user experiences.
• Preferred experience:
• Experience with Java Script frameworks (e.g., React and Vue.js).
