• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Good written communication skills
• Personable
• Familiar with Zendesk, Shopify and Shipstation
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Can work a flexible schedule

• 
  Responds to customer's queries via email support
• Follow ticket procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Meet KPI targets

• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays - as needed - to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
• Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
• Must have a history of good attendance.
