We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The Customer Service Representative position is designed to help new and existing clients with producing seamless and professional customer service.

Requirements
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience
Software/platforms required: Aircall, Richpanel, UPS, Fedex, Fishbowl (not required but will be a plus)

Responsibilities
Customer service for e-commerce who is in the firearm industry
Tracking orders via respective couriers
Providing order status and estimate delivery
Knows a thing or two about firearms/ammunition
Pays attention to details
Process oriented
Works well with others

Working conditions
Hours of Support: 8a-8p EST, Mon-Fri
Please remember that the training duration is 8 hours.
