Role: Functional Business Analyst Specializing in Retail Banking Teller & Branch Operations
Mode of Hiring: Contract- 12 months
Work Location: Manila Philippines (Uptown 2, MBTC office at BGC)
Mode Of Working: Full time RTO
Work Schedule: Day shift.
Job Description

Years of Experience: 6+ years
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced contractor with a strong background in retail banking, specifically focusing on teller and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of teller operations and branch workflows, process optimization, and customer service enhancement. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction within retail banking branches.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate current branch processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize branch operations.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to understand challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Train and support branch personnel on new processes and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail banking, with a focus on teller & branch operations.
  • Strong knowledge of branch processes, customer service, and banking regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with branch teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in process improvement or operational efficiency roles.
  • Previous experience as banking teller or Bank Branch Manager/Officer preferred.
